About FMFC

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) is committed to establishing itself as a premier regional hub for research and innovation, centrally driven by the Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) Economy model. To achieve this vision, the FMFC International Training Programme was initiated to facilitate the transition of advanced academic research into practical, real-world applications.

Equipped with world-class facilities—including the Medicinal Plants Innovation Center (certified with ISO/IEC 17025 and GMP-PIC/S standards), the Cosmetic Pilot Plant (ISO/IEC 17025 and ASEAN GMP standards), and the Center of Excellence in Fungal Research, alongside strategic plans to establish a Future Food manufacturing facility—the university aims to foster robust collaborative networks between academics and entrepreneurs across ASEAN, accelerating the region’s transition from traditional agriculture to a sustainable, high-value industry.
